First school trip this year – how to cook jam and bake bread traditional way?

Kosice International School first field-trip this year went to Presov where where primary students had yummy inquiry experience. This work&reward activity gave our risk-taking PYP students and teachers chance to learn how to cook plum jam and bake bread traditional way followed by tasting, of course. Thanks to our ELBA School Group outdoor educational area equipped with open-air bread oven and jam pot with old-style stirrer.
